I have heard of an employee who monthly put up his payment envelope for a raffle. On payday, each member on his list paid him 10 units, for the chance to win his envelope containing roughly 300 units. He fared very well by this, because the total payment he gathered often was more than double the pay he lost. Naturally, somebody had to put a stop to this, using some law or other. The nature of this law, obviously is contradictory to the very basic fundamental rights of the individual. Nevertheless, there is some need for such law, when living in a totally crazy society. In the one here proposed, there will not be a need for such rights-violating laws, nor will they exist.
