My Erdős-Bacon-Sabbath number

Recently, I learned that I have an Erdős-Bacon-Sabbath number of (about) 12. You might have heard about the Erdős number, describing a chain of paper authors that connect you with mathematician Paul Erdős. There is also such a thing as a Bacon Number, describing a connection with actor Kevin Bacon. Some people have taken it to the extreme and invented the Erdős-Bacon-Sabbath number by adding a musical chain towards (any member of) Black Sabbath.

Having worked with Hans Bodlaender as my thesis adviser, it is not to hard to establish my Erdős number, which is 3. The lineage is Paul Erdős → Dieter Kratsch → Hans Bodlaender → Johan Kwisthout. I did not play in any movie, so I don't have a formal Bacon number, but the EBS project is much more lenient inasmuch as what counts as a collaboration. This allows me to establish the Bacon part of my EBS number, as I performed in the Dutch TV show "Lucky Letters", presented by Victor Reinier (proof appears below). He played with Bill Paxton in "Resistance", who playes with Kevin Bacon in "Apollo 13". So, the Bacon part is also 3.

Now, the harder part is the Sabbath connection. I did leave some footprints in music, having played as a bass player in a local blues cover band (proofs below) and also having co-written a song with Ruud Adriaansen which was performed on stage by the Skabadivers. The chain via Ruud Adriaansen to Glenn Hughes is the shortest (6) according to the Six degrees of Sabbath calculator but a bit lame. Here is is: Adriaansen (5) played in the Mandoline orchestra Estrellita with Benny Ludemann (4) that performed on the track Song for Voice & Mandolin in C major, K. 367b/351 by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (3) that created the track Clarinet Concerto in A major, K622: II Adagio that was performed by London Symphony Orchestra (2) that created the track Take It Off the Top (feat. London Symphony Orchestra) that was performed by Deep Purple (1) that has member Glenn Hughes (0).

Hmm. A nicer, yet slightly longer link is a band/record-only one: I played with John van Vugt (6) in The JJAP, who played with Twan van den Hoven (5) in Be-Flat, who played with Vic van den Bosch (4) in Communication Breakdown, who were managed/coached by Kees Schipper (3), who played with Bert Heerink (2) in Bert Heerink & Friends, who played with Ad van den Berg (1) in Vandenberg, who played with Neil Murray (0). Possibly other (shorter) links exist; Kees Schipper is a well known Breda-based blues player and it is quite likely that John van Vugt either played with him on stage directly or was otherwise indirectly connected.
